Strength & Power is an hour long curriculum-based class designed to introduce your students to the key points crucial to dance strength and conditioning - agility, strength, breath work and power. Students put these practices to work through our tried and true strength and endurance programming.



In this 30 minute class, we focus solely on cardio conditioning specific to performing artists. We provide a wearable heart rate monitor so students can view their data LIVE on the wall during class. Visualizing heart rate helps our performers understand their bodies' response to exercise, and how they can manage their cardio efforts on stage. They will train all heart rate zones, learn what each one feels like in their body, and be able to apply this knowledge to better their performance and general health!
